Sitting at the heart of the Go-To-Market organization, this role is responsible for building and scaling a best-in-class RevOps engine that drives predictable growth, operational rigor, and executive-level visibility across the entire revenue lifecycle.</span></p> <p data-start="1319" data-end="1489"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This role reports directly to the VP of Revenue Operations and partners closely with Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Business Operations leadership worldwide.</span></p> <h3 data-start="1496" data-end="1518"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">What You’ll Do</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1522" data-end="1700"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Serve as a <strong data-start="1533" data-end="1562">trusted strategic advisor</strong> to Sales and Business Operations leadership, translating GTM strategy into execution through data, insights, and operational discipline</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1703" data-end="1853"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Design, implement, and continuously refine <strong data-start="1746" data-end="1779">Revenue Operations frameworks</strong> that align people, process, data, and technology across the full funnel</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1856" data-end="2004"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead <strong data-start="1861" data-end="1912">weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews</strong>, providing clear visibility into pipeline health, performance trends, and execution risks</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2007" data-end="2206"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Define and govern <strong data-start="2025" data-end="2043">KPI frameworks</strong> across the revenue lifecycle — including pipeline coverage, conversion rates, productivity, retention, and expansion — enabling proactive performance management</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2209" data-end="2360"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Drive end-to-end <strong data-start="2226" data-end="2258">GTM optimization initiatives</strong>, spanning funnel efficiency, quota attainment, sales productivity, and territory or coverage models</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2363" data-end="2529"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner cross-functionally to embed <strong data-start="2399" data-end="2436">AI-driven insights and automation</strong> into RevOps workflows, improving forecast accuracy, seller efficiency, and GTM scalability</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2532" data-end="2691"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Build, lead, and develop a <strong data-start="2559" data-end="2609">high-performing global Revenue Operations team</strong>, fostering a culture of accountability, partnership, and continuous improvement</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2694" data-end="2816"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Establish clear priorities, success metrics, and development paths aligned with Similarweb’s long-term growth objectives</span></li> </ul> <h3 data-start="2823" data-end="2842"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong data-start="2827" data-end="2842">Who You Are</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2846" data-end="2978"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong data-start="2846" data-end="2873">10+ years of experience</strong> in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations within high-growth B2B or SaaS environments</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2981" data-end="3082"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong data-start="2981" data-end="3027">3–4+ years of people leadership experience</strong>, including managing geographically distributed teams</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="3085" data-end="3238"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Deep expertise in <strong data-start="3103" data-end="3128">RevOps best practices</strong>, including forecasting methodologies, funnel metrics, GTM governance, and performance management frameworks</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="3241" data-end="3358"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Highly analytical, with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategic insights and operational actions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="3361" data-end="3474"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven track record of <strong data-start="3384" data-end="3419">influencing senior stakeholders</strong> and partnering effectively with executive leadership</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="3477" data-end="3604"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Advanced proficiency in <strong data-start="3501" data-end="3525">Salesforce and Excel</strong>, with experience building scalable, executive-level reporting and dashboards</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="3607" data-end="3701"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong project management and change leadership skills in fast-moving, complex organizations</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="3704" data-end="3820"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Comfortable operating <strong data-start="3726" data-end="3761">both strategically and hands-on</strong>, with a strong attention to detail and ownership
