This role will also lead strategic web initiatives and provide collaborative digital support.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Maintain FRP corporate and agency websites, ensuring sites are compliant, current, functional, secure, and aligned with brand standards.</li> <li>Manage ongoing updates to content, imagery, navigation, and site functionality.</li> <li>Monitor website performance, usability, and accessibility, implementing improvements as needed.</li> <li><s> </s>Lead in the rebuild and/or consolidation of FRP websites.</li> <li>Collaborate with marketing leadership to optimize site structure, messaging, and user experience to support business objectives.</li> <li>Internal intranet support.</li> <li>Provides after-hours availability for urgent edits and critical website maintenance, including outage resolution, cache resets, and developer coordination.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Competencies &amp; Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Experience managing multiple websites simultaneously.</li> <li>Familiarity with regulatory or compliance-driven content review processes preferred.</li> <li>Experience with intranet platforms (SharePoint or others).</li> <li><span data-teams="true">Experience with WordPress page builders (Elementor and Cornerstone), with working knowledge of additional CMS platforms.</span></li> <li>Strong attention to detail with a high standard for quality and accuracy.</li> <li>Ability to manage complex projects and timelines, including website rebuilds.</li> <li>Comfortable collaborating across marketing, compliance, IT, and leadership teams.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Education &amp; Experience:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, web development, or related field preferred.</li> <li>3–5 years of experience managing websites in a corporate, agency, or regulated industry environment.</li> </ul> <p></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span class="ui-provider ey blo qt blp blq blr bls blt blu blv blw blx bly blz bma bmb bmc bmd bme bmf bmg bmh bmi bmj bmk bml bmm bmn bmo bmp bmq bmr bms bmt bmu">This range represents the estimated low and high end of the salary range for this position.
