If you’re driven to solve meaningful problems, leverage AI to scale rapidly, drive impact daily, and be part of a high-performance team – we should talk.  Key Accountabilities: <ul> <li>Facilitate standard project management methodology for all implementations, including, but not limited to:</li> <li>Leading kick-off calls - remote sessions providing overview of project44 and outline of the implementation project to the customer.</li> <li>Technical requirements review and deep dive analysis – review the customer setup, way of integrations between P44 and Customer systems: e.g. review APIs in detail,consulting with customer to provide best practices and most efficient set up of the APIs</li> <li>Define and Provide input on test plans for SIT and UT – work with the customer to develop a comprehensive list of testing scenarios and use cases.</li> <li>Training – remote training sessions tailored to the end user.</li> <li>Weekly status meetings – weekly calls with customers to review progress, obstacles, upcoming tasks, etc. Weekly status to be logged within Salesforce</li> <li>Post-implementation hypercare – ensure the implementation is a success, preparing clear Preproduction / production cutoff plan before transitioning the account to our customer success and support teams.</li> <li>Lead technical project management activities for accounts during the implementation period by driving RAID as an example.</li> <li>Create, update, and distribute documentation on standards and best practices for integration with project44.</li> <li>Configure the project44 platform to enable customers to reduce time to value with project44 APIs.</li> </ul> Requirements & Preferred Skills <ul> <li>Fluency in English is required; French, Spanish or German are nice to have.</li> <li>3-5 years of customer-facing experience in: <ul> <li>Customer integrations/implementations, or</li> <li>Software systems delivery, or</li> <li>Supply chain/logistics technology integrations (e.g. TMS: SAP LBN, OTM, Blue Yonder, EDI integration knowledge)</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience working with Postman, Kibana, Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, Github</li> <li>SaaS, RTTV, Supply Chain and/or project management experience strongly</li> <li>Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations </li> <li>Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team setting.</li> <li>Knowledge of writing technical documentation and understanding customer requirements and use cases.</li> <li>Ability to run system data analyses for customers.</li> <li>Ability to drive outcomes using indirect authority to meet critical goals.</li> <li>Ability to proactively identify and communicate risks and opportunities.</li> <li>Strong oral and written communication skills, people skills, and presentation skills• Responsible for multiple projects at once, with varying stages of implementation; must be highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.</li> <li>Some travel might be required based on business needs. </li> </ul> Work from office ask: You are required to work from the Bengaluru office 5 days in a week.
