The primary responsibility of the Litigation Investigator is to discover the negligence of drivers, companies, and other leading factors, by conducting social media and background research in the investigations of personal injury claims. The Litigation Investigator will conduct key database and internet searches utilizing best practices abiding by company policies and procedures.  </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Quickly and correctly identify all parties involved in personal injury cases and their contact information. &nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Perform investigative research on a number of company and business websites, federal, state and local government websites and safety regulatory websites. &nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
