Responsible for reliable transportation. </li> <li>Coach direct support staff through modeling, feedback, and competency-based training.</li> <li>Work collaboratively and professionally with school personnel to ensure that students' needs are met.</li> <li>Provide group training or professional developments as needed.</li> <li>Provide BCBA/ LBA Supervision and support group supervision opportunities as needed.</li> <li>Participate in weekly meetings with Assistant Director and fellow supervisors.</li> <li>Maintain accurate documentation and supervision records in accordance with BACB and company standards.</li> <li>Maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work.  </li> <li>Maintain the confidentiality of information regarding students and families in accordance with data-contrast="none">Minimum of 1 year of experience providing supervision and feedback to clinicians.</span></li> <li>Masters Degree in psychology, healthcare, human services, education or related
