<p><strong>Product Design Internship (Summer 2027)</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Workshop is looking for a curious, ambitious Product Design Intern to help shape the future of internal communications—and explore how AI can make work more creative, intuitive, and human.</p> <p>You’ll work alongside our Product team to turn real customer needs into thoughtful experiences, use AI to explore ideas and build prototypes, and learn when AI adds value—and when a simpler solution works best.</p> <p><strong>This is a hybrid role based in our Omaha, Nebraska office.</strong></p> <p><strong>As a Product Design Intern, you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to craft user-centered features and experiences.</li> <li>Participate across the design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and high-fidelity design.</li> <li>Explore how AI can help internal communications teams create better content, reach employees, and understand what’s working.</li> <li>Experiment with AI tools to explore design directions, build interactive prototypes, and test ideas faster.</li> <li>Help make AI-powered experiences understandable and useful, giving people clear feedback and control.</li> <li>Contribute to design critiques, iterate on feedback, and help ship polished solutions with mentorship from experienced designers.</li> </ul> <p><strong>To be successful in this position, you’ll bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>An optimistic, ambitious mindset and a drive to learn.</li> <li>Curiosity about AI and how it can support both the design process and the people using our product.
