This role is responsible for managing front office operations, handling incoming communications, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day office functioning.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Essential Job Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner</li> <li>Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls</li> <li>Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries</li> <li>Schedule appointments and maintain calendars</li> <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area</li> <li>Provide general administrative support (data entry, filing, document preparation)</li> <li>Monitor and order office supplies as needed</li> <li>Coordinate meeting room scheduling and setup</li> <li>Assist with internal communications and basic clerical tasks</li> <li>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information</li> <li>Assist in organization and setup of office events</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Additional People Operations Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in calendar scheduling &amp; meeting set-up for leaders &amp; guests</li> <li>Responsible for preparing conference room for meetings</li> <li>Setting up meeting minutes, taking notes &amp; sending recap action items/meeting notes to meeting attendees.</li> <li>Assisting with Onboarding &amp; new hire orientation</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p> <p><strong>Required: </strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with good knowledge and skillset in Powerpoint and Excel</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Professional demeanor and customer-service orientation</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Preferred: </strong></p> <ul> <li>1–2 years of receptionist or administrative experience preferred</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment</strong></p> <p>The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
