We are seeking a <strong>Business Development Manager (BDM)</strong> to develop new business for </span>our EU Region. You will play a crucial role in driving <a href="https://www.etechgroup.com/" data-auth="NotApplicable" data-linkindex="0">E Tech Group's</a> growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to expand <a href="https://etechgroup.com/" data-auth="NotApplicable" data-linkindex="1">E Tech Group's</a> market footprint with new and existing customers. Our successful BDMs have a strong understanding of the engineering solutions market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and close deals. </span></p>

<li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and manage and grow the existing customer book of business. </span></li>
<li>Solution Selling: Listen to customer issues and become an integral part of their problem-solution and position E Tech Group as a Main Automation Partner.</li>
<li>Develop value based technical proposals working with the E Tech team and pursue and close project orders.</li>
<li>Provide and maintain forecasted bookings and opportunities pipelines with the appropriate services and materials mix.</li>
<li>Develop and manage key and strategic relationships with technology partners, vendors and / or subcontractors as they are required to serve market needs.</li>
<li>Provide regular updates to senior management on business development initiatives, account plans & strategies for growth and overall project pipeline health.</li>

<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technical degree, or equivalent education and/or work experience</li>
<li>10+ years of sales experience in an engineering solutions environment or industrial automation and controls industry. In addition, you have an established network relationships and professional contacts.</li>
<li>Experience in selling to data centers and the life sciences sector a plus.</li>
<li>Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.</li>
<li>Strong Industry knowledge and operational/technical solutions currently in use by industry customers.</li>
<li>CRM system experience.</li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Travel expectation: 40% to 60%.</span> </span></p>
<p><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Our Business Development Managers receive a competitive base salary, full expense reimbursement including mileage at current IRS rate, and an un-capped commission plan that pays commissions on the first dollar and at the time of order booking regardless of execution schedule. This reports to the CRO. </span></span></p>
