The expectations will be around converting these leads to scheduled consults. <li>Make outbound calls and use other engagement / communication vehicles to schedule new patients with first touch within 24 hours of receipt</li> <li>Answer questions about the treatment in easy-to-understand ways</li> <li>Help parents understand what makes Cranial Technologies different from the competition and communicate the benefits of treating with Cranial Technologies vs the competition</li> <li>Address and overcome objections from families</li> <li>Coordinate with territory sales reps on unresponsive or declined leads</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required</li> <li>Bilingual in Spanish and English</li> <li>2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in an environment connecting with warm leads, customer retention, or quota-based goals</li> <li>Exceptional communication and human relations skills in working with patients and co-workers from different
