OUR VALUES <ul> <li class="ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message">Be the offset. We create asymmetric advantages with creativity and ingenuity.</li> <li class="ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message">What would it take? We challenge assumptions to deliver ambitious results.</li> <li class="ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message">It’s the people. Our team is our competitive advantage and we are better together.</li> </ul></div>YOUR MISSION RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, and maintain ground support systems and equipment in accordance with technical specifications, safety standards, and operational requirements. <ul> <li>Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects, including modifications, repairs, calibrations and routine maintenance of equipment such as racks, enclosures, and DAQs for the system and component level testing.</li> <li>Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation to guide installations, troubleshooting, and upgrades of support equipment.</li> <li>Develop and maintain thorough documentation for all engineering processes, changes, and maintenance activities to ensure traceability.</li> <li>Design GSE schematics and support the fabrication, bring up, and check-out of the GSE</li> <li>Provide basic on-site technical assistance for operations during scheduled maintenance and testing activities, ensuring equipment is used safely and correctly</li> </ul> This role requires a proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while ensuring safety and quality remain the top priorities. QUALIFICATIONS <ul> <li>1-3 Year of hands-on experience in test or production lab environment building test equipment and interfacing with DAQ hardware.</li> <li>S. in Electrical, Controls, Computer, Aerospace Engineering, or comparable disciplines</li> <li>Familiar with common communication protocols (ex. Ethernet, Serial) and how to support their signal integrity, grounding, and shielding.</li> </ul> PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE <ul> <li>Aerospace or Startup Experience</li> <li>PCB Design Experience (Altium)</li> <li>Test software experience (ex. C++, Python, LabVIEW, Simulink) Mechanical or Electrical CAD Experience (ex.
