What you'll do

• Design, build, and ship features end to end with a small, senior team
• Own the reliability and performance of the systems you build
• Review code and design docs; raise the bar for quality
• Collaborate with product and design to scope pragmatic solutions

What we're looking for

• A track record of shipping production software
• Production experience with a modern stack — TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, AWS, or similar
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Pragmatism: you pick boring technology when it wins
