<p>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE</p> <p>1. Requirement Elicitation and Analysis</p> <p>• Support in conducting requirement surveys based on project and client specifications.</p> <p>• Assist in client discussions to understand core business needs.</p> <p>• Contribute to analyzing and documenting current operational pain points.</p> <p>2. Solution Development and Documentation</p> <p>• Collaborate with project development teams to create preliminary solutions.</p> <p>• Utilize tools such as Mock-ups, Design diagrams, etc., to illustrate proposed solutions.</p> <p>• Support in Producing and finalizing comprehensive Functional Specification (FS) documents.</p> <p>3. Project Facilitation</p> <p>• Participate in project development activities, including liaising with design teams for product interface design.</p> <p>• Assist in articulating project logic to development engineers and system architects.</p> <p>• Support test engineers in executing system tests per requirement documents.</p> <p>4. Document Preparation</p> <p>• Co-author Use Cases, User Guides, and other project-related documentation in collaboration with project team members.</p> <p>5. Client Engagement and Post-Implementation Support</p> <p>• Assist clients in conducting user acceptance tests.</p> <p>• Contribute to facilitating smooth transition processes for new and existing systems postimplementation.&nbsp;</p> <p>• Assist in conducting user training sessions as necessary.</p> <p>JOB REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in computer science, software engineering, or related fields. Alternatively, a degree in English and/or Chinese with exceptional spoken proficiency is a plus.</p> <p>• Chinese speaker is preferred even if no previous experience.</p> <p>• Proficiency in English, with exceptional listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
