This role is responsible for ensuring the secure, reliable, and efficient integration of manufacturing systems, industrial networks, and business applications. The position supports plant operations, digital transformation initiatives, cybersecurity compliance, and continuous improvement efforts across production facilities.</p> </div> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul style="margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;">3+ years of experience supporting manufacturing IT, OT, automation, or industrial systems.</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;">Ability to work fully on-site in Kinston, NC.</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;">Experience in manufacturing, industrial, pharmaceutical, chemical, food and beverage, or similar operational environments preferred.</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;">Industrial networking and infrastructure.</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;">Windows Server environments and virtualization technologies.</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;">SCADA, MES, Historian, and manufacturing systems.</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;">PLC and automation technologies.</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0;
