<p>Envisionit is an award-winning digital marketing agency in Chicago, and we're looking for a <strong>Senior Designer </strong>who gets just as excited about the big idea as the details that make it land. Maybe you're the person sketching a campaign concept in the morning, building out social and display assets after lunch, and figuring out how that same idea lives on a billboard or at an event by the end of the day. You love variety. You care about the people on the other side of every touchpoint. And you're curious about what AI can do for your craft, but you don't let it do the thinking for you.</p>
<p>Here, you'll take ideas from the first spark all the way to the client presentation. You'll do it alongside a tight-knit group of really talented people who like working together and like hanging out, too. We're hybrid, with 2+ remote days a week and a beautiful office overlooking Millennium Park and Lake Michigan.</p>
<p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Concept big campaigns:</strong> Lead and collaborate on campaign ideas built to travel across paid social, display, search, print, OOH, activations, and experiential.</li>
<li><strong>Design across every channel:</strong> Bring campaigns to life with work that feels cohesive on a phone screen, a bus shelter, or an event space.</li>
<li><strong>Design for the web:</strong> Create landing pages, web layouts, and emails that are on-brand, easy to use, and built to convert.</li>
<li><strong>Keep brands fresh:</strong> Work within client brand guidelines, and help evolve them, to break clients out of the sea of sameness.</li>
<li><strong>Turn strategy into visuals:</strong> Translate strategy, insights, and data into strong executions, partnering with copywriters on hierarchy and messaging.</li>
<li><strong>Work smarter with AI:</strong> Use AI tools to explore ideas faster, iterate on assets, and streamline production, while keeping human insight and craft at the center.</li>
<li><strong>Collaborate across disciplines:</strong> Partner with creative directors, motion designers, copywriters, production, strategy, media, analytics, and development to deliver on client goals.</li>
<li><strong>Present and recommend:</strong> Share your work with clients, walk them through the thinking behind it, and bring recommendations to the table.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of design experience (agency experience is a plus) and a portfolio showing integrated campaign work across digital and traditional channels</li>
<li>A generalist at heart: you're as comfortable designing social and display as you are designing OOH or an event activation</li>
<li>Strong conceptual thinking, and the skill to adapt one idea across many formats, sizes, and channels</li>
<li>A working knowledge of UX basics (hierarchy, usability, responsive layouts, accessibility) for landing pages and web work</li>
<li>Hands-on experience using AI to speed up concepting, iteration, or production, plus the judgment to know where human craft matters most</li>
<li>Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)</li>
<li>Confidence presenting to internal teams and clients with clear strategic reasoning</li>
<li>A true collaborator who's curious, organized, and stays calm when deadlines stack up</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Brand identity experience (logos, visual systems, brand guidelines)</li>
<li>Print production experience (file prep, specs, working with print vendors)</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Perks, Salary & Benefits:</strong></p>
<p>The salary range for this position is $82,000 - 98,000 USD. This is a good-faith estimate of the base pay scale for this position and any potential offers will ultimately be determined based on experience, education, skill set, and performance in the interview process.</p>
