efficiency of the process.</p> <p>Assign&nbsp;work&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;team&nbsp;members,&nbsp;guide&nbsp;and&nbsp;support&nbsp;them&nbsp;to&nbsp;prioritize&nbsp;and&nbsp;ensure&nbsp;on&nbsp;time&nbsp;closures&nbsp;</p> <p>Ensure Offers are contained within the allotted budgets .&nbsp;</p> <p>Drive efficiency projects within the team to positively impact cost &amp; quality</p> <p>Manage&nbsp;and&nbsp;monitor&nbsp;sourcing&nbsp;strategy&nbsp;and&nbsp;manage&nbsp;recruitment&nbsp;costs&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;efficiency</p> <p>Mentor&nbsp;and&nbsp;provide&nbsp;guidance&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;direction&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;recruitment&nbsp;team.</p> <p>To&nbsp;ensure&nbsp;the&nbsp;ATS&nbsp;is&nbsp;properly&nbsp;used&nbsp;and&nbsp;should&nbsp;be&nbsp;involved&nbsp;in&nbsp;driving&nbsp;initiatives&nbsp;around&nbsp;candidate&nbsp;experience&nbsp;and&nbsp;&nbsp;employer&nbsp;branding</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Required&nbsp;Candidate&nbsp;profile&nbsp;:</u></strong></p> <p>Should&nbsp;have&nbsp;a&nbsp;minimum&nbsp;work&nbsp;experience&nbsp;of&nbsp;6months+&nbsp;experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;end&nbsp;to&nbsp;end&nbsp;recruitment,&nbsp;preferably&nbsp;from&nbsp;&nbsp;services&nbsp;organization,&nbsp;adept&nbsp;at&nbsp;volume&nbsp;hiring&nbsp;and&nbsp;managing&nbsp;staff&nbsp;augmentation&nbsp;requirements&nbsp;</p> <p>Good at Social Media hiring methodologies.&nbsp;</p> <p>Good understanding of recruiting metrics</p> <p><strong><u>Required Education :</u></strong></p> <p>Full&nbsp;Time&nbsp;Master’s&nbsp;Degree&nbsp;/&nbsp;Any&nbsp;Graduate.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>If you are keen to join us, you will be part of an organization that values your contributions, recognizes your potential, and provides ample opportunities for growth.
