Working closely with GCC leaders, HR teams, Talent Acquisition stakeholders, and cross-functional business leaders, you will develop employer brand strategies, shape Employee Value Propositions (EVPs), drive integrated branding and communication programs, and lead high-impact recruitment marketing initiatives. You will also manage client engagements, mentor consulting teams, and ensure successful delivery of employer branding projects while contributing to practice growth and thought leadership. <hr> <h1>What You'll Do</h1> <h2>Employer Brand Strategy & Advisory</h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;
