In this role, you will own the connectivity and performance of Nu’s physical locations, ensuring that our offices and data centers are reliable, secure, and ready to support our next waves of growth.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>You will work on <strong>routing, switching, wireless, security, and observability</strong> across our global stack, leading key initiatives such as new office rollouts, critical connectivity improvements, and the evolution towards <strong>Infrastructure as Code (IaC)</strong>. You will be part of the <strong>Global Offices Network</strong> team, working closely with peers in Connectivity, Security, and Workplace to provide a seamless experience for Nubankers worldwide.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3>What You’ll Be Responsible For</h3> <p><strong>Network &amp; Connectivity</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Design, implement, and support <strong>enterprise network infrastructure</strong> for offices and data centers, including routing, switching, and wireless.</li> <li>Maintain and evolve <strong>high‑availability data center fabrics</strong> (e.g., spine‑and‑leaf topologies with Juniper/Cisco hardware).</li> <li>Ensure robust <strong>connectivity between offices and data centers</strong>, including WAN and SD‑WAN solutions, focusing on performance, reliability, and scalability.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Wireless, Load Balancing &amp; Security</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Configure and support <strong>wireless networks</strong> (controllers and access points), with strong experience in vendors such as <strong>Aruba</strong> and Cisco.</li> <li>Operate and tune <strong>load balancers</strong> (e.g., <strong>F5</strong>, including DNS/ZoneRunner concepts) to guarantee optimal application delivery and resilience.</li> <li>Collaborate with security teams on <strong>Next‑Generation Firewalls</strong> (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet) and <strong>cloud security brokers</strong> (e.g., Zscaler) in a “security‑first” network design.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Automation, IaC &amp; Observability</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Drive the transition away from manual configuration towards <strong>Infrastructure as Code (IaC)</strong> using tools such as <strong>GitHub, Terraform, and/or Ansible</strong>.</li> <li>Implement and maintain <strong>network performance monitoring</strong> and observability using tools like <strong>PRTG, Prometheus, Grafana, SolarWinds or similar</strong>, ensuring proactive detection and resolution of incidents.</li> <li>Manage <strong>PKI-related activities</strong>, including SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle and ensuring secure encrypted communications across services and endpoints.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Delivery &amp;
