Learn more at&nbsp;<a href="https://www.cfd-research.com">www.cfd-research.com</a></strong></p></div><p><strong>Job Description: </strong>CFD Research is seeking an experienced Software Release Train Engineer to be part of the Open Systems Architecture Simulation Framework (OSF) development team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:</p> <ul> <li>Facilitate the Program Increment planning events and readiness for events across the program</li> <li>Maintain metrics, analysis, and reports on the health, performance and flow of the OSF Release Train</li> <li>Proactively manage and resolve risks and dependencies on the OSF Release Train</li> <li>Escalate and track blocking issues and impediments to progress, coordinate with leadership help to remove as needed</li> <li>Coordinate with technical and program leadership to refine processes and drive improvements</li> <li>Facilitate system demos, scrum of scrums, and other OSF Release Train events as designated</li> <li>Guides growth of Scrum Masters on the OSF Release Train</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>9 - 20 years software engineering experience</li> <li>Software engineering / Project engineering experience working within the defense industry</li> <li>Experience using Agile Lifecycle Management tools (e. g. Jira, VersionOne, Rally, etc. )</li> <li>Strong prioritization skills; ability to focus on what drives the most value</li> <li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels</li> <li>Ability to leverage and implement agile patterns in support of a disciplined engineering context</li> <li>Familiarity with product and release lifecycle from requirements development to retirement</li> <li>Ability to decompose features into user stories</li> <li>Experience with git and git based repository systems (e. g Gitlab, Bitbucket, etc.)</li> <li>Active Secret clearance required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong>Minimum of 3 Years of RTE experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) development.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Benefits: </strong>CFD Research offers competitive salaries and excellent employee benefits, including an employer matching 401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
