We are Sparksoft!</div>ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:  <ul> <li>Support the provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of cloud and infrastructure resources across multiple environments.</li> <li>Monitor system health, availability, and performance and assist in troubleshooting infrastructure-related issues.</li> <li>Support cloud deployments, environment builds, and infrastructure integrations.</li> <li>Assist with Kubernetes-based platform administration and containerized environments.</li> <li>Participate in system maintenance activities, including patching, updates, and configuration management.</li> <li>Support infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives.</li> <li>Assist with incident response, root cause analysis, and operational support activities.</li> <li>Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and configuration records.</li> <li>Collaborate with DevOps, Security, Application Development, and Operations teams to support platform stability and environment readiness.</li> <li>Apply cloud engineering best practices to improve reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.</li> </ul> REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:  <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or related technical roles.</li> <li>Experience supporting cloud-based and enterprise infrastructure environments.</li> <li>Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration platforms.</li> <li>Knowledge of infrastructure architecture, networking, storage, and compute concepts.</li> <li>Experience troubleshooting infrastructure and cloud-related issues.</li> <li>Familiarity with automation, scripting, or Infrastructure-as-Code concepts.</li> <li>Experience working within Agile teams and operational support environments.</li> <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li> <li>Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance</li> <li>Candidates must have lived in the United States 3 out of the past 5 years</li> </ul> PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:  <ul> <li>Experience supporting CMS, Federal Government, or healthcare systems.</li> <li>Experience with AWS cloud services.</li> <li>Experience with container platforms such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Docker.</li> <li>Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.</li> <li>Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.</li> <li>Experience with cloud monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.</li> <li>Familiarity with cloud security and identity management concepts.</li> </ul> EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion">WHAT WE OFFER:  At Sparksoft, we know that people do their best work when they feel supported, inspired, and connected.
