This role owns the vision, growth strategy, and commercial outcomes of the EPM business, including market positioning, revenue growth, and client acquisition through direct, executive-level selling. The Managing Director leads with insight-driven conversations that translate performance management challenges into high-impact programs, builds strategic partnerships, sponsors complex pursuits, and In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will be determined based on a range of factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
