<li><strong>Hours:</strong> Hours vary based on school district (Ex: Mon - Fri 8am - 3pm) Daytime hours 25-32 hours per week</li>

<li>Respond to the goals, needs and requests of students and supervisors, on an individualized basis, and in a professional manner.</li>
<li>Work closely with school personnel (e.g. classroom/ special teachers, TAs, school psychologist, social worker, behavior consultant, related service provider) to ensure the student’s success in the classroom.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with a behavior consultant and/or clinical supervisor to provide academic, behavioral, and social/emotional support to student with special needs</li>
<li>Assist with classroom assignments under the direction of the classroom teacher.</li>
<li>Implementation of behavior support plans or skill acquisition programs (data collection, progress reporting, CPI training and implementation) </li>
<li>Help with daily living tasks, such as mobility, hygiene, and transitions.</li>
<li>Escort the student to different locations (bathroom, cafeteria, therapy sessions).</li>
<li>Maintain the confidentiality of information regarding students in accordance with State and Federal regulations</li>
<li>Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.</li>
<li>Understand and demonstrate the company core values. </li>
