This is a full-time, in-person position.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate and execute project cost projections and forecasting, including coordination with MEP subcontractors.</li> <li>Support internal and external cash flow management for the project.</li> <li>Ensure timely and accurate owner billing, establishing processes for reviews and billing submissions.</li> <li>Oversee submission of changes and compliance with prime contract requirements.</li> <li>Establish and manage processes for internal and external change reviews.</li> <li>Monitor reporting and metrics for change management backlog, focusing on quantity, magnitude, and aging.</li> <li>Assist with document control for correspondence, drawings, and specifications.</li> <li>Generate deliverables that meet prime contract reporting requirements and manage their timely submission.</li> <li>Support development of workflows for RFIs, Submittals, Material Status, Design Management, Risk Management, Quality, and Closeout.</li> <li>Monitor and adapt processes for project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related construction field.</li> <li>Up to 5 years of commercial construction experience.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, codes, regulations, and standards.</li> <li>Outstanding communication, time management, and computer skills.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Holder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).</span></span></p> <p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text">​</span><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Substance abuse testing and a background screening is a condition of employment and&nbsp;Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.</span></span></p></div>
