If you’re ready to begin your best journey and help build travel for the world, join us.</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Get to Know our Team:  &nbsp;</strong></p> <p>The&nbsp;Fintech Commercial&nbsp;team&nbsp;is&nbsp;the glue between external&nbsp;Fintech partners (schemes, PSPs, issuers) and Agoda’s&nbsp;Finance department.&nbsp;We&nbsp;represent&nbsp;the business side of Agoda’s&nbsp;“Pay-in”&nbsp;(Consumer Payments)&nbsp;and&nbsp;“Pay-out”&nbsp;(Business payments)&nbsp;pillars&nbsp;within the&nbsp;Agoda Fintech ecosystem.&nbsp;Together with our&nbsp;Fintech&nbsp;partners&nbsp;and cross-functional stakeholders, we&nbsp;identify&nbsp;and implement&nbsp;payments&nbsp;optimization initiatives, launch new payment&nbsp;methods&nbsp;and drive Fintech innovation across Agoda.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The Opportunity: &nbsp;</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a talented, results-oriented&nbsp;Payments&nbsp;Operations&nbsp;Analyst&nbsp;to join the Agoda finance team. You will:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li> <p>Analyze payment partner commercials  &nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Validate strategic deals and&nbsp;own&nbsp;invoice reconciliation  &nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Run&nbsp;financial analysis and data-driven insights&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Drive business case development for new fintech initiatives &nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <p>This is an ideal role for someone with&nbsp;2–3 years’ experience in Finance, Fintech/Tech, or Consulting&nbsp;industries, who wants exposure to&nbsp;payments&nbsp;partner management&nbsp;at scale. &nbsp;</p> <p>Successful candidates tend to have&nbsp;strong analytical and data skills&nbsp;and are&nbsp;self-starters who are comfortable working in environments defined by volatility, uncertainty,&nbsp;complexity&nbsp;and ambiguity.
