Our unique culture fosters growth, development, education, and creativity.    This role is on-site at our Somerville, MA office.   Responsibilities:  <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Training Program Participation: </li> <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Complete Triumvirate's comprehensive on-boarding and training program, including safety protocols and compliance. You will gain knowledge of hazardous waste management processes and industry standards. </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">In the first 6 months, you'll gain hands-on experience in the field alongside industry professionals, understanding Triumvirate’s business model and services. Beyond 6 months, you'll collaborate with senior leadership across various departments, including Operations, Logistics, Consulting, Sales, and more. After completing the trainee program, your career path is flexible. Graduates have transitioned into various roles within the organization. </li> </ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Operational Support: </li> <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Learn from industry experts by spending 6 months in the field acquiring an understanding of Triumvirate’s various services. </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Collaborate with various departments to provide quality deliverables. </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Assist in the orchestration of a smooth running and efficient environment. </li> </ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Client Interaction and Customer Service: </li> <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Shadow experienced team members in client interactions, maintaining professionalism and effective communication. </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Assist in training clients in chemical safety and hazardous waste management. </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Seek opportunities to improve business processes to grow the company by building and maintaining positive relationships and rapport with internal employees and external associates. </li> </ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;"> Project Support: </li> <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Provide support in spill response measures, including spill assessment and cleanup efforts. </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Attend client operations meetings and assist in project management tasks as required. </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Assist an Executive, Director or a Senior Manager with special business projects pertaining to many facets of the organization. </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Expand upon your knowledge and skills to become an asset to the company for future career opportunities.  </li> </ul> </ul> Basic Requirements:  <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Management, or related field. </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Ability to work in the field to understand our industry. </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Strong interest in business development and/or sales. </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently, as well as organizational and time management skills. </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner. </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship. </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Must have a reliable form of transportation. </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Must be willing to consent to Motor Vehicle Record screening, criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen (inclusive of THC). </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Upon employment, you will be required to participate in a random drug screening program (inclusive of THC) as part of our company’s commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Must be able to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis. </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Ability to work overtime on a regular basis. </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Must be willing to work flexible hours within the work week (Monday through Friday). </li> </ul> Preferred Requirements:  <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Previous internship or work experience in Business Management </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Strong academic background with a strong GPA </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;
