As a Bartender, you will impact the lives of senior adults through serving our members in our beautiful Dining area. Join our team and inspire happiness in the lives of others!</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for members in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.</li> <li>Interact with members, take orders and serve drinks/snacks.</li> <li>Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.</li> <li>Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.</li> <li>Plan and present bar menu</li> <li>Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.</li> <li>Stay member focused and nurture an excellent experience.</li> <li>Comply with all food and beverage regulations.</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You’ll Bring:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Requires completion of TABC certification course and attainment of TABC Bartender license.</li> <li>Requires ability to read, write and understand business documents which are written in English.</li> <li>Minimum one-year related experience preferred, or appropriate formal education or Buckner training.</li> <li>Working knowledge of bartending, food handling, sequence of service.</li> <li>A friendly attitude and a servant’s heart.</li> </ul> <p>The above description reflects the details considered necessary to describe the essential functions of the job and should not be construed as a detailed description of all the work requirements that may be performed in the job.</p> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">About Buckner Retirement Services:</span></strong></p> <p>Buckner Retirement Services comprises a network of senior living communities across Texas.
