12pt;"><strong>Your Purpose&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Compliance Officer will&nbsp;help leading&nbsp;the compliance duties in El Salvador to ensure that the company operations and business goals function in a legal and ethical manner.&nbsp;You will be responsible for developing compliance and AML/TF programs, reviewing company policies, advising management on possible risks, and responding to authorities’ inquiries. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This role is critical in ensuring that our operations adhere to all regulatory 12pt;">Develop, implement and manage an organization's compliance program to ensure the organization operates in accordance with the federal laws and applicable regulation.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Prepare policies for identification and knowledge of the Client (KYC).&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Verify that the company complies with the information and documentation requirements of the authorities.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Verify that the company complies with the orders of securing or unblocking of accounts or resources related to any AML/TF matters.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Define the criteria, measures and procedures to be adopted in order to comply with the regulations.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop and review company policies.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate with regulators audits and requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Plan, implement and oversee risk-related programs.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Regular audits to identify possible weaknesses or risks.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Create and coordinate proper reporting channels for compliance data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Revise, provide insightful inputs and sign off on new financial products to ensure it is compliance with local regulation.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Remain up to date on laws related to the organization, inform the impacted teams to react accordingly and update policies accordingly.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Perform compliance audits to determine whether established protocols are being followed and where they can be improved.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain up to date written documentation and policies related to the organization's business activities.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor activities of customers transactions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate the follow-up activities of Operations and the investigations to be carried out at the institutional level.</span></li> <li
