They're the ones inspiring me!"</em></p> <p><strong>The Work</strong></p> <p>You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across Illinois, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide. You'll participate in case consultations and contribute to clinical program development as we grow.</p> <p><strong>What You Need</strong></p> <ul> <li>Active LPC or LSW in Illinois <em>(required — we are only able to hire these license types at this time)</em></li> <li><strong>Minimum of 500 post-graduate supervised hours already completed</strong> <em>(required — this role is best suited for associates with an established start toward full licensure, not candidates just beginning their post-graduate track)</em></li> <li>Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families</li> <li>Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems</li> <li>Available Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings (weekend slots also available)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bilingual Spanish/English fluency <em>(preferred — bilingual applicants will be prioritized)</em></li> <li>Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities</li> <li>Prior school-based or youth-focused experience</li> <li>Active NPI and CAQH</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$40</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$50 USD</span></div></div></div>
