Join us to help shape the future of enterprise marketing. </div>What You’ll Do   As an Engagment Manager, you will partner closely with senior marketing and creative leaders to design and execute AI-driven content strategies that accelerate production, strengthen brand governance, and elevate campaign performance. In this role, you will guide clients through discovery workshops, define high-impact use cases, and oversee end-to-end solution deployment—from requirements gathering to platform configuration and integration.  How You’ll Make Impact   <ul> <li>Lead enterprise-scale marketing and creative operations transformations by leveraging Typeface's generative AI solutions to drive organizational evolution </li> <li>Develop deep partnerships with key stakeholders (CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Creative Directors, Brand Managers) by demonstrating profound knowledge of AI-powered content solutions tailored to their business goals </li> <li>Build trust, confidence, and advocacy through executive communication cadences and proactive project/issue management </li> <li>Formulate comprehensive GenAI and digital content transformation strategies aligned with customer objectives </li> <li>Lead discovery workshops to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven content creation and brand governance </li> <li>Define and prioritize use cases across email marketing, ad campaigns, social media, SEO content, and video creation </li> <li>Collaborate with Typeface engineers and architects to build detailed requirements for customer-specific implementations </li> <li>Guide solution configuration and deployment, including Brand Hub setup, agent customization, and platform integrations (Google Workspace, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, Campaign Manager 360) </li> <li>Drive product adoption across marketing, creative, and content teams through hands-on enablement and best practice sharing </li> <li>Establish success metrics and business value frameworks tied to content velocity, brand consistency, cost savings, and campaign performance </li> <li>Act as the voice of the customer, translating field insights into product requirements and roadmap priorities </li> <li>Develop and share scalable implementation patterns, templates, and best practices across the customer base </li> </ul> What You’ll Bring  <ul> <li>4-10+ years in business consulting, digital strategy, enterprise software, AI/ML implementations, or marketing technology </li> <li>Proven track record leading successful digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients across multiple industries </li> <li>Deep understanding of marketing operations, creative workflows, and content supply chain challenges </li> <li>Exceptional at crafting a culture of customer-centricity with ability to build C-level relationships and navigate complex organizational structures </li> <li>Passion for AI and practical understanding of generative AI capabilities, limitations, and enterprise requirements </li> <li>Working knowledge of SaaS architectures, APIs, and modern software delivery models </li> <li>Familiarity with marketing technology stacks, including CMS platforms, DAM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools </li> <li>Strong grasp of generative AI for text, image, and video creation, with understanding of brand governance and content safety </li> <li>Product and human-centric approach—comfortable at the intersection of business, strategy, creativity, and technology </li> <li>Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution while managing ambiguity in fast-moving AI landscape </li> <li>Skilled at simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences with strong risk management capabilities </li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive presentations, workshops, and documentation with ability to facilitate cross-functional alignment</li> </ul> Base Salary The OTE compensation range for this role is $127,000-$205,000.
