<p>Zinnov is seeking a <strong>seasoned, strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition professional</strong> to take complete ownership of our hiring engine. As the Assistant Manager – TA, you will be instrumental in driving recruitment excellence, close open requirements at speed, without compromising on the quality.</p>
<p>You will manage all hiring efforts across Zinnov, encompassing both non-tech and few tech roles, with a primary focus on <strong>Management</strong> <strong>consulting positions</strong>.<em> </em></p>
<p>The ideal candidate will possess expertise in <strong>fast-paced consulting environments</strong>, demonstrating a strong understanding of <strong>client delivery</strong> and exceptional <strong>stakeholder management</strong>. You will be responsible for ensuring the <strong>seamless execution of complex fast paced hiring initiatives</strong>.</p>

<li><strong>Stakeholder Partnership:</strong> Partner closely with multiple senior leaders to <strong>deeply understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and growth goals,</strong> acting as a trusted advisor.</li>
<li><strong>Niche & Expedited Hiring:</strong> Drive high-quality, <strong>niche, and quick hiring</strong> across specialized roles, ensuring both speed and an exceptional candidate experience.</li>
<li><strong>TA Technology & Automation:</strong> Be a part of the adoption and optimization of modern hiring tools, including AI-based sourcing platforms, advanced assessment tools, and recruitment automation.</li>
<li><strong>Data-Driven Optimization:</strong> Track, analyze, and continuously improve key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, funnel conversions, and candidate quality by leveraging data and analytics.</li>
<li><strong>Process Enhancement:</strong> Help in change management efforts to enhance TA processes, improve scalability, and further automate our recruitment operations.</li>

<p><strong><em>Qualifications: What We're Looking For</em></strong><em> </em></p>
<p>We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with <strong>8+ years of progressive experience</strong> in a <strong>high-growth management consulting or fast-paced client-driven environment</strong>. </p>
<p>The ideal candidate will clearly demonstrate the following: </p>
<ul>
<li><strong>End-to-End Recruitment:</strong> You'll own the entire Talent Acquisition charter, consistently balancing <strong>hiring quality with speed</strong> across all levels and functions.</li>
<li><strong>Specialized Hiring Expertise:</strong> Strong experience in <strong>domestic non-tech hiring</strong> (consulting, corporate functions, research, strategy) is essential, with a proven ability to excel in <strong>niche and quick hiring</strong>. Experience with <strong>tech and digital transformation hiring</strong> (including engineering recruitment, IT trends, and emerging tech talent) and <strong>international hiring</strong> will be a significant advantage. Proven ability to develop and execute targeted <strong>campus recruitment</strong> strategies to identify, attract, and secure high-potential talent for specialized roles.</li>
<li><strong>Strategic Stakeholder Management:</strong> You'll expertly manage <strong>senior stakeholders and business leaders</strong> within a <strong>global, matrixed structure</strong>.</li>
<li><strong>Data & Tech-Driven Approach:</strong> You'll have hands-on experience with multiple <strong>ATS</strong>, <strong>AI-based hiring tools, automation, and data-led decision-making</strong>. A strong data-driven mindset, coupled with excellent communication and reporting skills, is crucial.</li>
<li><strong>Agility & Drive:</strong> You're a proactive individual who thrives in high-growth environments, is <strong>comfortable with ambiguity</strong>, and excels at solving complex problems.</li>
<li><strong>Education:</strong> A <strong>Bachelor's degree is required</strong> (technical background preferred). A Master's or MBA in HR is a definite plus.</li>
