<p>The ParkX Remote Management Center Attendant assists the team with the operation of a complex parking site with multiple employees. The sites could be manned and unmanned, automated, or manual parking sites. </p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Accurately process exception transactions (e.g., lost tickets, grace period tickets, etc.) according to company policy, including completing the applicable form</li>
<li><span data-olk-copy-source="MailCompose">Familiarity with Microsoft office and computer systems in a fast-paced environment</span></li>
<li><span data-olk-copy-source="MailCompose"><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Leverage Microsoft Office Suite, point-of-sale systems, and parking management software to track transactions, produce reports, and monitor site performance</span></span></li>
<li><span data-olk-copy-source="MailCompose"><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automated parking equipment, software integrations, and access control systems</span></span></li>
<li><span data-olk-copy-source="MailCompose"><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Assist in troubleshooting equipment and system errors, coordinating with technical support when necessary</span></span></li>
<li><span data-olk-copy-source="MailCompose"><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Deliver high-quality customer interactions, including issue resolution, account support, and adherence to brand service standards</span></span></li>
<li><span data-olk-copy-source="MailCompose"><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Oversee the contract parker program: manage customer onboarding, billing accuracy, collections, and corporate account communications</span></span></li>
<li><span data-olk-copy-source="MailCompose"><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Respond to escalated concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and documenting resolution outcomes</span></span></li>
<li>Exhibit a friendly, helpful, and courteous attitude towards customers and employees</li>
<li>Provide the company’s standards of service with each customer including maintaining the required uniform appearance, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking each customer upon exit</li>
<li>Ensure that sites are maintained properly, and the company's safety procedures are being observed at all times</li>
<li>Determine the need for maintenance and/ or repairs and forward to the Property Manager</li>
<li>Complete daily activity reports for facility; responsible for completion of accident report</li>
<li>Report to work on time</li>
<li>Notify management of any situation that needs attention</li>
<li>Directly oversee all day-to-day activities associated with opening, managing, and closing the facility</li>
<li>Oversee the contract parker program by ensuring customers are properly registered, A/R is billed and collected on a timely basis and responds to corporate account requests and concerns</li>
<li>Ensure the facility is operating in accordance with company policy including revenue control, equipment maintenance, proper and accurate signage and internal audit scores</li>
<li>Ensure the facility’s safety and security for guests and employees by reviewing maintenance checklists and conducting periodic safety audits as directed by the company’s Safety Manual</li>
<li>Responsible for resolving customer concerns that are escalated to his/her attention by the facility’s front-line associates</li>
<li>Responsible for documenting Incident Forms and conducting incident investigations as directed by his/her Property Manager and/or the Corporate Office</li>
<li>Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to the company's maintenance checklists</li>
<li>Fill in for front line associates during their absences</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned </li>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>A high school degree is required</li>
<li>One to two years' experience in a service or related industry preferred of which 3 months must have been in a parking setting</li>
<li>Ability to work weekends required</li>
<li>Ability to perform basic math calculations</li>
<li>Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence</li>
<li>Have and maintain a valid driver's license</li>
<li>Ability to safely drive a standard or automatic transmission vehicle</li>
<li>Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer</li>
<li>Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner</li>
<li>Must be highly credible and trustworthy, and operate with high degree of integrity</li>
<li>Must hold oneself and others accountable and strive for a high level of excellence</li>
<li>Must have a positive, can-do attitude and be able to fuel growth and innovation</li>
<li>Must be customer-focused and results-oriented</li>
<li>Must want to continuously learn and develop</li>
<li>Exceptional oral and written communication, active listening, and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to establish strong working relationships with others in team setting </li>
