<p><strong>Job Summary<br></strong>Loenbro is looking for an initiative-taking individual willing to work hard and grow in the position located in Newcastle, WY. You will work with the supervision of a skilled craftsman. Most of your responsibilities will revolve around performing manual work such as Scaffolding, Insulation, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical tasks, and other forms of trade. Knowledge in scaffolding & insulation, pipefitting, welding, and civil work is recommended.</p>
<p><strong>Essential Job Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Moves work pieces, tools and supplies, manually or by hand truck</li>
<li>Follows direction closely.</li>
<li>Lifts, moves, and holds, work pieces into position as directed.</li>
<li>Load and unload materials and equipment.</li>
<li>Operate hand and power tools under supervision.</li>
<li>Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact soil.</li>
<li>Assist with the installation of construction materials, such as pipes, concrete, and steel.</li>
<li>Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p>
<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>GED or High School Diploma.</li>
<li>Ability to work from ladders and scaffolds.</li>
<li>Lift & carry objects and materials of various weights.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Skilled in math which includes adding and subtracting fractions.</li>
<li>Able to pass preliminary and periodic drug testing.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p>

<li>Potential exposure to extreme cold and hot temperatures.</li>

<li>Limited working surfaces.</li>
<li>Exposure to noise above 85 decibels and intense odors.</li>
