As the key point of contact for clients and internal teams, you will bring clarity to requirements, keep contributors aligned, and ensure complete, accurate proposals are delivered on time.  Working closely with Business Development, Senior Project Leadership, Estimating, and Marketing, you will guide Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and related client deliverables. This role combines pursuit coordination, technical content support, and quality review, partnering with Marketing Specialists to develop proposal packages.  Responsibilities and Duties <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
