As part of this team, you will own core experiences used every day by thousands of employees, managers, and candidates to understand pay, rewards, and compensation decisions. This is a rare chance to join as a founding engineer on a high-impact product team. You will help define not just what gets built, but how the team operates, shaping the roadmap, influencing technical direction, and helping establish the engineering culture from the ground up. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in building elegant, enterprise-grade product experiences for some of the world’s leading companies. The team’s immediate focus is on expanding enterprise capabilities and building AI-powered compensation intelligence features that help companies make better pay decisions and give employees a clearer understanding of their compensation.  <h3>What You'll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Build end-to-end product experiences that help companies like OpenAI, Databricks, and Atlassian communicate compensation to employees & candidates</li> <li>Solve enterprise-scale challenges, designing products that perform reliably for organizations with 150,000+ employees</li> <li>Develop AI-powered compensation intelligence features that help leaders make better pay decisions and surface issues before they become retention risks</li> <li>Play a foundational role in shaping the team and product. As a founding engineer, you will help define the technical architecture, engineering patterns, testing practices, and quality standards the team will build on as it grows.
