Apply today and make an impact at Core Scientific.   Title   Marketing Manager  Reports To  Director of Marketing    The Job    Core Scientific is seeking a creative, strategic, and execution-oriented Marketing Manager to help shape and advance the company’s marketing, brand, communications, and content efforts. This role will sit at the intersection of brand, corporate communications, and business priorities, playing a critical role in how Core Scientific shows up externally as a leader in building AI infrastructure. The Marketing Manager will help translate complex technical, energy, and infrastructure topics into clear and compelling narratives for customers, partners, investors, employees, candidates, and industry stakeholders.  This role is based in Miami, FL at our corporate headquarters.  Responsibilities  <ul> <li>Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that support Core Scientific’s brand awareness, thought leadership, corporate communications, recruiting, and culture initiatives.  </li> <li>Manage and evolve Core Scientific’s presence across key marketing and communications channels, including social media, website, email, digital campaigns, events, presentations, and other brand touchpoints.  </li> <li>Create, curate, and manage high-quality content that brings company narratives, technical topics, milestones, and market positioning to life in a clear, consistent, and engaging way.  </li> <li>Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, HR, business development) to amplify company priorities, announcements, and storytelling across channels.  </li> <li>Own social media strategy and execution (e.g., LinkedIn, X), including content planning, editorial calendars, publishing, engagement, and performance tracking.  </li> <li>Support brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling initiatives across marketing channels, including website, blog, and executive thought leadership.  </li> <li>Strengthen Core Scientific’s employer brand through recruiting campaigns, employee storytelling, culture content, and talent marketing initiatives.  </li> <li>Translate complex topics related to high-performance computing, AI infrastructure, data centers, energy, and digital infrastructure into accessible, audience-appropriate messaging.  </li> <li>Support executive visibility and thought leadership through content development, social amplification, speaking opportunities, presentations, and bylines.  </li> <li>Monitor campaign performance, content engagement, and audience trends; use insights to optimize content strategy and marketing effectiveness.  </li> <li>Manage content calendars, campaign timelines, and workflows aligned with company priorities. </li> <li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners (agencies, designers, writers, videographers, etc.) to support campaigns, events, PR, and announcements.  </li> <li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are consistently met.  </li> <li>Stay current on marketing best practices, digital trends, platform updates, and industry developments.  </li> <li>Foster open, respectful, and professional communication directly within the team as well as with co-workers, teammates, and leaders across the organization.   </li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.  </li> </ul> Qualifications  <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.  </li> <li>4–7 years of experience managing social media for a corporate brand, B2B organization, or high growth company.  </li> <li>Demonstrated experience developing social strategies that drive engagement and brand credibility.  </li> <li>Strong writer, storyteller, and communicator with excellent editorial skills and the ability to adapt tone for executive, technical, and employer brand content.  </li> <li>Experience in content marketing, social media, brand marketing, and corporate communications.  </li> <li>Familiarity with social media analytics tools and reporting on KPIs.  </li> <li>Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable, with strong project management skills and attention to detail.  </li> <li>Ability to manage projects with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.  </li> <li>Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally and directly with senior leaders.  </li> <li>Experience managing social media in regulated, technical, or infrastructure-focused industries is a plus.  </li> <li>Experience with Canva, video content, social media management tools, and AI-powered content creation is a plus. </li> </ul> Location   Miami, FL - On Site  Travel    Minimal travel may be required as needed.  Work Environment   This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, smartphones, etc.    Physical Demands    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, and lift up to 20 pounds.     Position Type/ Expected Hours of Work    This is a full-time position.
