Core One is a team-oriented, dynamic, and growing company that values exceptional performance!</p> <p>Core One is seeking&nbsp;<strong>Desk Officers&nbsp;</strong><strong>(Levels 2 to 5)</strong> to support our IC program.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Active TS/SCI with Polygraph</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant professional experience (Level 2)</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of relevant professional experience (Level 3)</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of relevant professional experience (Level 4)</li> <li>Familiarity with customer messaging and classified databases, including specific targeting tools</li> <li>Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision</li> <li>Regional and/or functional expertise in a geographic region of interest</li> <li>Initiative, creativity, technical excellence, and strong interpersonal and communication skills</li> <li>Self-starter who can multi-task and remain calm under pressure with the ability to work both independently and in a group</li> <li>Prior experience in supporting intelligence operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Customer certification as a Desk Officer or Staff Operations Officer</li> <li>Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations</li> <li>Experience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases</li> <li>Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices</li> </ul> <p><em>&nbsp;</em><em><strong>About Core One</strong></em>&nbsp;<br>Our mission is to be at the forefront of devising analytical, operational and technical solutions to our Nation's most complex national security challenges.&nbsp; In order to achieve our mission, Core One values people first and is comprised of outstanding professionals from the national security community.&nbsp; Because Core One is committed to seeking top talent, we offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
