<p><span class="fontstyle5">– </span><span class="fontstyle3">Answers questions related to benefits program</span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle5">– </span><span class="fontstyle3">Conducts reviews and works to provide guidance on compliance related matters</span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle4">▪ </span><span class="fontstyle3">Client meetings</span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle5">– </span><span class="fontstyle3">Assists in and prepares materials and collateral for meetings and discussions</span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle5">– </span><span class="fontstyle3">Actively participates in discussions</span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle5">– </span><span class="fontstyle3">Records and reports meeting discussion</span><span class="fontstyle3">s and action items</span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle4">▪ </span><span class="fontstyle3">Carrier and vendor management</span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle5">– </span><span class="fontstyle3">Assists new vendor/carrier implementations</span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle5">– </span><span class="fontstyle3">Reviews carrier, vendor, and plan documents and contracts</span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle5">– </span><span class="fontstyle3">Maintains regular contact with carrier and vendor representatives to ensure client advocacy and</span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle3">that issues are being resolved in a timely manner</span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle4">▪ </span><span class="fontstyle3">Communication and education</span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle5">– </span><span class="fontstyle3">Works with client to develop short and long-term employee communication objectives</span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle5">– </span><span class="fontstyle3">Creates member facing collateral pieces to promote and clarify benefit program features</span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle5">– </span><span class="fontstyle3">Assists with in person, virtual, and telephonic sessions to provide information and plan details to</span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle3">participants</span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle5">– </span><span class="fontstyle3">Uses regular interactions to update clients on carrier and vendor partner features and services</span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle4">▪ </span><span class="fontstyle3">Internal partnerships</span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle5">– </span><span class="fontstyle3">Actively participates and contributes to client service team operations</span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle5">– </span><span class="fontstyle3">Effectively communicates client updates to appropriate team members</span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle5">– </span><span class="fontstyle3">Assists with other team duties as needed – i.e., position vacancy, cover personal time off, etc.</span></p>
<p><strong><span class="fontstyle2">REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS </span><span class="fontstyle3">include but are not limited to:</span></strong></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle4">▪ </span><span class="fontstyle3">Attains and maintains state life and health license in accordance with IMA standards</span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle4">▪ </span><span class="fontstyle3">Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent job experience</span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle4">▪ </span><span class="fontstyle3">2 or more years of relevant experience</span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle4">▪ </span><span class="fontstyle3">Intermediate MS office skills (specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel)</span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle4">▪ </span><span class="fontstyle3">Ability to learn and work in agency/client management systems and other related software and </span><span class="fontstyle3">technology platforms</span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle4">▪ </span><span class="fontstyle3">Ability to work independently</span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle4">▪ </span><span class="fontstyle3">Intermediate interpersonal communication skills – written and oral – with the ability to articulate </span><span class="fontstyle3">ideas and information in a clear and concise manner</span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle4">▪ </span><span class="fontstyle3">Demonstrates critical thinking and problem solving</span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle4">▪ </span><span class="fontstyle3">Ability to present information in a group setting (in person and virtually)</span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle4">▪ </span><span class="fontstyle3">Intermediate organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple projects with variable </span><span class="fontstyle3">deadlines</span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle4">▪ </span><span class="fontstyle3">Possesses high degree of diplomacy and tact while maintaining confidentially</span></p>
