Working closely with teams throughout the firm, this role will explore how generative AI and automation can streamline operations, surface insights, and improve efficiency across multiple departments.</span></p> <p><em><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>This position is based in our San Francisco headquarters and requires 4+ days in office. The internship is full-time for approximately 12 weeks, with the option for extension. Exact schedule can be adjusted to accommodate the right candidate. This position is not eligible for immigration support or sponsorship now or in the future.</strong></span></em></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Process Improvement </strong></span></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Conduct workflow audits across departments to identify and document processes most ready for automation.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Prototype automated processes and workflows to reduce manual effort and increase consistency.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Partner with the Technology team and department stakeholders to integrate systems that support smoother cross-functional workflows.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>AI Solutions &amp; Tool Development</strong></span></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Prototype an AI-assisted tool for a target department as a pilot project.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Create visual dashboards integrating operational data and company metrics to generate actionable leadership insights.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Contribute to the design of custom AI assistants for internal teams, supporting content structure, data organization, and prompt library development.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Research, identify, and propose outside AI tools to assist with internal efficiency;
