<p style="text-align: justify;">This is a <strong>product-facing, high-impact role</strong> where you’ll own the analytical thinking behind monetization decisions—leveraging data, experimentation, and player insights to drive revenue growth while enhancing the player experience.</p>

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Drive experimentation:</strong> Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests to optimize monetization strategies, features, and user journeys.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Influence product decisions:</strong> Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate insights into impactful product improvements.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Build decision frameworks:</strong> Move beyond reporting—develop clear, structured recommendations that guide product and business strategy.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Create visibility:</strong> Build and maintain dashboards and tools that empower stakeholders to track performance and make informed decisions.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Support forecasting & planning:</strong> Collaborate with Finance and Product teams to improve forecast accuracy and align on key drivers of growth.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Communicate with impact:</strong> Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, influencing decisions across the organization.</span></li>

<h3 style="text-align: justify;"><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;">We’re prioritizing <strong>analytical excellence, product thinking, and experimentation mindset</strong> over direct domain experience.</p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>3+ years of experience in data analysis, product analytics, or growth analytics (B2C, mobile apps, marketplaces, fintech, etc.)</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks</li>
<li>Proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights that drive business outcomes</li>
<li>Strong business acumen—you understand how metrics connect to user behavior, product decisions, and revenue impact</li>
<li>Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar)</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders</li>
<li>Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment</li>
