<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Job Summary: </strong>The Commercial Lines Sales Producer is an experienced Insurance professional who actively develops and maintains a pipeline of new potential clients by continually sourcing internal and external referrals for new business opportunities. As a consultant to your clients you will analyze and develop comprehensive solutions to meet your clients’ goals and protect their assets. The Commercial Lines Sales Producer partners with the service team to ensure the retention of existing business through superior service. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Consultatively partners with clients to understand needs and provide the best and most comprehensive coverage. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Conduct thorough coverage and exposure reviews with clients to understand their needs and provide education on adequate coverage. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Review renewal considerations and work with carriers and marketing to determine the best options for the client. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide excellent service to an assigned book of business, taking time to build relationships with each account. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Stay current with insurance companies relative to underwriting guidelines, available premium saving credits, technology platforms, etc. </span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Competencies & Qualifications: </strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to partner with existing FRP Advisors to cross sell P&C lines into existing accounts. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to source referrals through existing professional & personal relationships </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to cold call to set appointments with potential clients </span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Education & Experience: </strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">High School Diploma or Equivalent </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">College Degree Preferred </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2+ years of individual P&C sales experience </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Property / Casualty license required </span></li>
