Department & Position Overview: <span data-ccp-charstyle="normaltextrun" data-ccp-charstyle-defn="{"ObjectId":"ac0262f4-8a9e-5820-b908-2d943c5f7113|1","ClassId":1073872969,"Properties":[201342446,"1",201342447,"5",201342448,"1",201342449,"1",469777841,"Calibri",469777842,"",469777843,"Calibri",469777844,"Calibri",201341986,"1",469769226,"Calibri",268442635,"22",469775450,"normaltextrun",201340122,"1",134233614,"true",469778129,"normaltextrun",335572020,"1",469778324,"Default Paragraph Font"]}">The Business Transformation Program Manager is a multi-faceted role that combines process improvement with program management.   Working closely with our business leaders in support of the VP of Business Optimization, this position will identify and implement operational enhancements, and system transformations to maximize revenue, customer experience and employee value.   This role will drive continual improvement and operational efficiency by executing project deliverables and coordination of efforts amongst the enterprise operations.  Every Day You Will: <ul> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define, prioritize, and deliver strategic projects, ensuring efficient execution aligned with organizational goals. </li> <li>Serve as a trusted partner to both technical and business teams, educating stakeholders on project and program management best practices and bridging communication across technical and non-technical audiences. </li> <li>Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope, objectives, justification, and execution plans.</li> <li>Provide clear roadmaps, progress updates, and resource management insights to leadership to support informed decision-making and prioritization. This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $125,000 and $140,000 per year at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.</div><div class="title">Compensation Range</div><div class="pay-range">$120,000—$140,000 USD</div></div></div>
