We work closely with merchants to understand their&nbsp; goals, solve operational challenges, and recommend growth strategies that fit their business – balancing thoughtful partnership with commercial impact.&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <p>As a Senior Strategic Partner Manager, you will manage a more complex and higher-value portfolio of merchants, often including larger or more strategic accounts. You are expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, bringing a consultative, strategic lens to each partnership. In addition to core account management responsibilities, you will proactively identify growth levers, influence merchant decision-making, and drive adoption of advanced DoorDash products and solutions.</p> <p>Senior SPMs are also expected to demonstrate leadership within the team—mentoring junior SPMs, sharing best practices, and contributing to broader team initiatives. You’ll take ownership of more sophisticated business challenges, navigate ambiguity, and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.&nbsp;</p> <p>In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants and sales commission.
