<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join a closely knit workers’ compensation team and contribute to a focused, high-performing practice. This position is ideal for someone who is ready to work hard, collaborate closely with experienced attorneys, and grow within a stable practice that values timely, high-quality work and direct mentorship.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage a caseload of workers’ compensation matters from inception through resolution, with guidance and oversight as needed.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Handle discovery, depositions, mediations, and related litigation tasks.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Review medical records and assist with fact development and case strategy.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain accurate and timely billing to manage workload and case flow efficiently.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work collaboratively with the team to ensure consistent, high-quality work product.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">2–3 years of litigation experience required; workers' compensation experience is preferred.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Litigation experience is strongly valued, including experience in personal injury or matters involving medical records and damages analysis.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work independently while being open to feedback, supervision, and growth.</span></li>
