Maintenance Renewal Representative at AvePoint

<p><strong>What will you be doing?</strong></p> <p>As a Maintenance Renewal Representative, your job is to ensure all current customers see the value in renewing their annual maintenance contracts, and that these contracts are renewed on time. This role requires a combination of selling, value proposition transfer to the customer, organizational skills and a high level of customer service.<br><br>Your responsibilities will include:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Managing sales of existing customers</li> <li>Ensuring timely renewals with existing customers</li> <li>Coordinating with sales executives on account management and potential opportunities</li> <li>Coordinating with internal (legal, accounting) and external business teams</li> <li>Diligence with forecasting and maintaining ongoing and upcoming sales</li> <li>Following up with quoted customers until renewals are closed</li> <li>Tracking cancellations and reasons for cancellations</li> <li>Maintaining knowledge of current products and pricing appropriately, to closing sales</li> <li>Identifying and transferring leads to sales departments</li> </ul> <p><strong>OK, I’m interested… is this the job for me?</strong></p> <p>To be successful in this role, you need to be a self-motivated, out-of-the-box thinker with the ability to understand what an existing customer needs and articulate how AvePoint can help.
