them. <h3>Senior Manager, Readiness:</h3> Reporting to the Senior Director, Readiness, the Senior Manager, Readiness is responsible for the implementation of the LA28 readiness strategy.  The role coordinates the delivery of operational readiness activities across the organization throughout the readiness phase in 2027 and early 2028.  With the largest ever Games scope, daily operations across 50 venues and a complex mix of delivery partners, readiness must be seen as an integrated objective.  The role of the Senior Manager, Readiness is critical to making this objective a reality.  <h3>Key to ensure they are resilient and reliable under the high-pressure conditions of the Games</li> <li>During the Games, serve a critical role within the MOC Management Team, the central hub for Games-time operations that is connected to all competition and non-competition venues </li> <li>Support the collection and transfer of planning and operational data to the Olympic and Paralympic minimum experience of 5-7+ years in managing complex projects/operations at the national and/or international level </li> <li>A minimum experience of 3 years of experience in stakeholder management in business administration, sports management, public policy or a related area </li> <li>Professional certification in emergency or crisis management preferred </li> </ul> <h3>Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:</h3> <ul> <li>Available to work onsite in our Downtown Los Angeles-based office.   </li> <li>The majority of work will be conducted in an office setting, requiring extended periods of time using computers, phones, and other office equipment</li> <li>The LA28 office is an open floorplan working environment; employees must be able to work efficiently in an open cubicle environment</li> <li>Hours of work may vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak event periods </li> <li>Perform other duties as required; the role will evolve over time and may include operational responsibilities during the Olympic and Paralympic Games</li> </ul> The annual base salary range for this position is $105,000.00 - $140,000.00. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28’s operational business needs and applicable law.
