This position requires advanced technical knowledge, independent decision-making, and strong leadership skills. The Crew Chief II oversees field operations, mentors Junior Crew Chiefs&nbsp; and crew members, and serves as a primary field representative for clients, demonstrating professionalism and technical excellence on every project.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead daily field operations and ensure survey tasks are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with project requirements and McAdams’s standards</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Follow company standards and guidelines for surveying and / or construction staking</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Perform and oversee a wide range of surveys, including boundary, topographic, ALTA, construction staking, and specialized geomatics work</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Independently read, interpret, and apply complex construction plans—such as grading, drainage, sewer, and roadway profiles—to ensure accurate layout and data collection</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Provide technical guidance to other Geomatics team members</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Responsible for all assigned survey equipment.
