Strategic Planning &amp; Business Development</p> <ul> <li>Lead mid/long-term business planning (2025–2027) for LGES related logistics operations</li> <li>Develop execution plans across multiple sites (Phoenix, Chicago, Canada, etc.)</li> <li>Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (yard expansion, shuttle operations, forwarding, etc.)</li> <li>Support business unit strategy initiatives</li> </ul> <p>2. Financial Modeling &amp; Performance Management</p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain financial models (Revenue, OPEX, CAPEX, EBIT, CF ROI)</li> <li>Support monthly/quarterly business performance reviews (MBR, CEO reporting)</li> </ul> <p>3. Operations &amp; Execution Management</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate cross-functional communication with Ops, Finance, Engineering, and external vendors</li> <li>Support implementation of new operational processes and system improvements</li> </ul> <p>4.
