Risk, Compliance &amp; Regulatory Support</p> <ul> <li>Support the handling of compliance cases and banking-network-related risk matters</li> <li>Support material preparation and follow-up for regulatory inspections, audits, or compliance remediation</li> <li>Help assess the impact of SAFE / PBOC requirements on channel operating rules, business processes, and transaction document standards</li> </ul> <p><strong></strong></p> <p>2. Network Rules &amp; Configuration Management</p> <ul> <li>Support the maintenance of business rules, routing logic, and configuration requirements across the payment network, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and traceable</li> <li>Track changes in regulatory, partner bank, and PSP requirements, and assess their impact on existing network rules and configurations</li> <li>Work with product and engineering teams to translate network requirements into system configurations or process changes</li> </ul> <p>3. Transaction Performance Tracking &amp; Issue Resolution</p> <ul> <li>Track network and channel performance, including success rate, failure reasons, settlement time, and abnormal trends</li> <li>Analyze transaction data to identify issues, risks, and optimization opportunities</li> <li>Follow up on abnormal transactions, payment failures, and channel feedback, and coordinate issue resolution</li> </ul> <p>4.
