As part of our team, you’ll get the opportunity to have more direct interaction with clients, do more complex work earlier in your career, and learn alongside our directors and partners!&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Prepare tax filings (1040, 1041, Partnerships, LLC, S-Corp) for business owner’s corporate and individual needs</li> <li>Review and document tax information supplied by the client and obtained open items if necessary</li> <li>Identify and communicate any tax matters to Managers, Senior Managers or the broader team</li> <li>Contribute to a team-driven environment, collaborating effectively with your team</li> <li>Begin acquiring the skills necessary to develop quality client relationships</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field &nbsp; &nbsp;</li> <li>0-2 years experience in federal and state tax compliance &nbsp; &nbsp;</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office &nbsp; &nbsp;</li> <li>Familiarity with tax preparation and/or accounting software &nbsp; &nbsp;</li> <li>Strong communication skills</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Exposure to 1040, 1041, Partnerships, LLC, S-Corp returns</li> <li>Exposure to Thomson Reuters Ultra Tax, Fixed Assets CS, Workpapers CS, RIA Checkpoint, QuickBooks</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Who We Look For</strong></h3> <p>A perceptive team-player who excels in a progressive &amp; collaborative environment, blending sharp analytical skills with exceptional communication.
