You're as comfortable defining a brand's visual language as you are executing pixel-perfect assets across a dozen different formats. You've thrived in fast-moving, highly technical environments — and you know how to make complex subject matter feel clear, compelling, and human. Experience in fintech or financial services is a strong plus: we operate in a trust-sensitive space where design rigor matters. You care about craft, move fast without cutting corners, and know how to set a bar for quality.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the visual execution of brand work end-to-end — from concept through final production</li> <li>Design across a full range of surfaces: web, mobile, social media, email, out-of-home, presentations, and print</li> <li>Develop and evolve brand systems, including typography, color, iconography, and layout guidelines</li> <li>Write copy that supports your designs — headlines, taglines, social captions, and short-form content that's on-brand and on-message</li> <li>Create original illustrations that feel distinctly on-brand</li> <li>Partner with marketing, product, and content teams to translate briefs into compelling visual work</li> <li>Maintain and scale a design system for consistent, efficient production</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio that shows strong brand sensibility and production range</li> <li>Agency experience. You're used to managing multiple workstreams, adapting to different briefs quickly, and delivering polished work under pressure</li> <li>Experience in fintech, financial services, or highly technical industries (developer tools, infrastructure, data, enterprise software).
