About the Role
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Partner Engagement & Expansion</strong></li>
<ul>
<li>Build strong relationships with strategic and existing Backup-only partners.</li>
<li>Develop tailored strategies to introduce and position AvePoint Elements.</li>
<li>Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the partner ecosystem.</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><strong>Enablement & Education</strong></li>
<ul>
<li>Deliver onboarding, training, and certification programs.</li>
<li>Equip partners with sales playbooks, brochures, and technical resources.</li>
<li>Host workshops, webinars, and 1:1 sessions to deepen product understanding.</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><strong>Business Planning & Execution</strong></li>
<ul>
<li>Co-develop joint business plans with partners.</li>
<li>Track KPIs such as partner activation, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution.</li>
<li>Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align go-to-market efforts.</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><strong>Advocacy & Feedback Loop</strong></li>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the voice of the partner internally.</li>
<li>Gather feedback to improve partner experience and product-market fit.</li>
<li>Influence roadmap and messaging based on partner insights.</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in partner success, channel enablement, or technical account management.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud platforms, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.</li>
<li>Ability to translate technical value into business outcomes.</li>
<li>Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.</li>
</ul>
